This is the third and final part from "ABBA/Live at Wembley Arena", a reconstructed visualization of ABBA’s sixth and final live concert in London's Wembley Arena from 10 November 1979, based on the final seven tracks from disc 2 of their newly released live album.
On ’Summer Night City’ you’ll get to see some brief snippets from the amateur-recorded live performance from Germany during the introduction, and ’Take A Chance On Me’ is included as a visual performance in its entirety, thanks to the fan who recorded it back then!
The visual performances of the three encores, ‘The Way Old Friends Do’, ’Dancing Queen’ and ’Waterloo’ are finally put into the running order as they were originally performed (and, as such, appear on the live album) and make us realize: how is it possible to deliver such an emotional and marvelous performance of ‘The Way Old Friends Do’ when they’ve just rocked the stage with ‘Does Your Mother Know/Hole In Your Soul’? And even more, how is it possible to rock again with ’Dancing Queen’ immediately after finishing ‘The Way Old Friends Do’, without any lengthy interruption? These encores conclude what is a concert full of energy, emotions and the combination of four beloved people, who did the best with their talents and made the world a better place.
