"The record's tour de force of POETIC PSYCHEDELIA is massaged to life by her band; a hand-picked SUPER-GROUP the likes of which would leave any muso deeply envious" - Patrick Finch, critic, Nightlife, The Kitchener-Waterloo Record, 2012
"What I love about Nicole's work is that her songs read like a NOVEL SET TO MUSIC. Reminds me of something one would hear 100 years ago, it's that HAUNTING, yet it is thoroughly MODERN and unlike any music one hears today. Reminds me of Verdi in some orchestration parts and Nicole's piano playing always reminds me of a favorite of mine, Robert Schumann." - Joseph Grant, L.A.-based author and fan
"Nicole Andrea Aube is truly an enigma. . . CREATIVITY IS IN HER BLOOD AND WE'RE JUST FORTUNATE TO BE ALIVE TO HEAR IT. Her first full-length debut, Philosoft, is a clear example of Aube's ability to tell stories but she's not just a storyteller, HER SINGING IS NO JOKES either." - SoulMatters Mag, 2012
