This video reminds me of the feeling I was dealing with while writing that particular album, "Hush". Similarly, the visuals are almost spot on to how ridiculous and silly I would be, but also very serious about health and fitness. Of course this is a recent video, but the songs and emotions go all the way back to 2003. I hope you enjoy and PLEASE leave some feedback! I'm still learning!
